Our paper on the role of the mTOR pathway in dexamethasone resistance in B-ALL cells has just been published in Blood Neoplasia! Congratulations to Hiroshi and thanks to all our collaborators!
Via CRISPR screen, we identify the mTORC1 pathway as crucial for B-ALL cell sensitivity to dexamethasone.
We also show that dexamethasone transcriptionally regulates factors upstream of mTORC1 signaling, inducing cell death in B-ALL cells.
